The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains an outstanding 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, promising significant cost savings on maintenance. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands intense chemical and mechanical stress. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000D remains highly stable and reliable.
Integrated with advanced diagnostic functions, the ZY8000D can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
