The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a staggering 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and hermetically sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 offers real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen automatically displays an error (Err) message, identifying the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.
