The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Furthermore, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. When a fault is detected, it enters an alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
