The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design, epitomizes advanced technology. This sophisticated transmitter processes the sensor's signal through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital format. Subsequently, it undergoes meticulous linearization and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
In transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, augmented by a superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it delivers direct, full-digital outputs in PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored within two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters and access measurement results, fault information, and operational modes directly on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons and a clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is facilitated through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 model features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time status monitoring. Upon encountering predefined anomalies, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, outputs a distinctive alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD display promptly shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit. This greatly simplifies maintenance, repair, and component replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms manifest as either warning or fault protection currents. The system continuously diagnoses the operational status of the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If components such as the electronic unit or measuring elements are compromised, the faulty parts can be directly replaced on-site without necessitating recalibration.
