The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter stands at the forefront of pressure sensing technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sleek modular design. The transmitter skillfully amplifies the sensor signal, converting it into a digital format via a high-speed dual A/D converter. Within its sophisticated microprocessor, it then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring utmost accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and Foundation Fieldbus (FF) protocols, the transmitter directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. This cutting-edge technology stores the measurement data and functional parameters in two separate EEPROMs for enhanced reliability. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, viewing real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for versatile integration.
