The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a potential maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter utilizes cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and converted into digital form by a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC output superimposed with the HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The unit's measurement data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can fine-tune parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
