The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter, developed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., represents the pinnacle of precision and innovation. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is engineered with state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and features a highly modular design. Sensor signals are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals are then refined with precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC HART signal through a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can fine-tune parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, easily accessing measurement results, fault information, and operating modes via the LCD display. Alternatively, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter triggers an alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, facilitating swift and easy maintenance, repair, and part replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifested as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the statuses of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
