Remarkably, after ten years of continuous operation, it can still uphold an impressive 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings on maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to handle extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. When an anomaly is detected, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a predefined number of events. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies the maintenance and repair process.convenient.
