The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.effortlessly.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
