The ZY8000 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an outstanding high of 0.075% FS. Designed for durability and long-term reliability, it maintains an incredible 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This sophisticated system amplifies the sensor's signal and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. The microprocessor then ensures linear and temperature corrections, delivering unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol through a D/A converter. PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site via three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter adjustments can be made through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, faulty parts can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
