The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design to deliver unparalleled precision. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in separate EEPROMs. Users enjoy the convenience of adjusting parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, as well as viewing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000, a state-of-the-art intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (achieving up to 0.075% FS), maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, resulting in significant cost savings in maintenance. Equipped with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 also features an integrated diagnostic function capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals to system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), analyze, and pinpoint the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be issued as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring components get damaged, the defective part can be replaced directly on-site without reconfiguration.
