The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor combined with a modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies the signals from the sensor and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with an overlay of HART communication by the D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities, they output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Essential data from the measuring unit and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site with three adjustment buttons, and effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setups can be managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacements.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
