The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an error occurs, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
