The ZY8000 offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 can continuously monitor its operational status. In the event of predefined quantity anomalies, the transmitter transitions into a fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD screen will automatically display an Err message, identifying and analyzing the defective unit, thereby simplifying and streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements..
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms appearing as warnings or fault protection currents. The automatic diagnostics monitor the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be swiftly replaced on-site without necessitating recalibration.
