The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering. It integrates a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design for unparalleled precision. The sensor-generated signal is meticulously amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal undergoes comprehensive linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication by the D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, direct full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals are outputted. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter adjustments can be made through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatile and flexible configuration options.

The ZY8000 series features an integrated diagnostic function, providing real-time status monitoring. Should a fault occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. An on-screen 'Err' message will display automatically, pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement processes..
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be replaced onsite without requiring readjustments.
