Introducing the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter: an advanced solution that leverages cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design. This innovative device converts sensor signals through amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion into digital signals. Subsequently, these signals undergo precise linear and temperature corrections within a powerful microprocessor.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC HART signal using a D/A converter. For transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The device's measuring data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust settings on-site via three intuitive adjustment buttons, and effortlessly read measurements, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be established through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
