The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses the expertise of cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a state-of-the-art modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and converted into digital format through a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output, with a superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The measurement unit data and the transmitter's functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its highest). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an accuracy level of 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress with ease. Furthermore, its exceptional performance in anti-electromagnetic interference guarantees the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined fault conditions, the transmitter will enter an alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Additionally, the LCD display will show 'Err', automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without any need for recalibration.
