The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, an epitome of cutting-edge technology, incorporates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor within a sleek modular design. The sensor's output is adeptly amplified and converted into a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4-20mA DC current superimposed with a HART signal via a proficient D/A converter. Meanwhile, models equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters deliver a direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The critical data pertaining to the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two dedicated EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of directly adjusting parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and can effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unmatched flexibility and control.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
