The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design. This innovative device takes the raw signal produced by the sensor, amplifies it, and then utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. Subsequently, our state-of-the-art microprocessor performs linear and temperature correction, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the output is a finely tuned 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication. Alternatively, for transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it offers direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. This dual storage allows for seamless parameter adjustments directly at the measurement site via the three intuitive adjustment buttons. Additionally, users can conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the integrated LCD display. Enhanced flexibility is provided through parameter setup via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostic functions can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
