Featuring a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon sensor and a highly reliable electronic module design, it employs precision temperature and linear correction systems. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. This advanced sensor amplifies and converts signals through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. Subsequently, linear and temperature corrections are meticulously performed within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is transmuted into a 4mA~20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. Transmitters integrated with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The crucial measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site via three adjustment buttons, while also viewing measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its highest). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements handle extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 incorporates an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting fault conditions, it initiates a fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When faults occur, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If damage occurs to electronic units or measuring elements, the faulty parts can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
