The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a state-of-the-art device, utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This innovation ensures the highest levels of accuracy and reliability. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections to ensure optimal performance.
Transcending traditional capabilities, the transmitter with HART protocol converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC output, superimposed with HART signals through a sophisticated D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it delivers direct, full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters, view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes directly on-site via three adjustment buttons. Additionally, all parameters can be set up through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. The LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.making the process more streamlined andefficient.
The diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be swiftly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
