The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to achieve an unparalleled 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering, utilizes cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors along with a modular design. The sensor's output signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal then undergoes precise linearization and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy in all readings.
Transmitting data with versatility, the transmitter supports HART protocol, converting signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it offers direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Data from the measuring unit and transmitter parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive buttons and monitor measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols enhances flexibility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 series comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of anomalies, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting faults, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and part replacement.This makes the upkeep of our instruments extremely user-friendly..
Diagnostic functions can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents, offering automatic diagnostics for SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If electronic units or measuring elements malfunction, faulty components can be replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
