The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge innovation with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design. This synergy allows the sensor's signal to be amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. Within the microprocessor, both linear and temperature corrections are meticulously performed to ensure utmost precision.
For models supporting the HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol data via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Two EEPROMs are utilized to store the measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters independently. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and easily access measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter adjustments can be accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented in the form of warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
