The ZY8000D is equipped with integrated diagnostic functionalities, allowing real-time status monitoring. In the event of predefined fault conditions, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display instantly shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
