Introducing the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter: a marvel of engineering that integrates advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a highly modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies signals from the sensor and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Inside the microprocessor, these digital signals undergo precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and performance.
For models featuring HART protocol, the transmitter seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a sophisticated D/A converter. Additionally, models equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters deliver full digital output with pristine PROFIBUS-PA, FF signals. Our design incorporates two EEPROMs to store both measurement data and functional parameters independently. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on a crisp LCD display. Furthermore, parameter configuration can be accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocol for enhanced flexibility.

The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
