The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it boasts powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring ZY8000's exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting fault conditions, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault event, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying the faulty unit for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.Thisprocess is further streamlined
through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm can manifest as a warning or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
