The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
