Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure through remote
transmission
devices, then transmit to transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
This advanced device can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for applications with high temperatures where the transmitter needs to be placed remotely.
It is perfect for working with high viscosity substances, easily precipitating crystalline or corrosive mediums. Widely utilized in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

In the event of multiple predefined fault occurrences, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing critical control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD instantly displays an Err message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This feature significantly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

Incorporating various materials and types of remote devices with a special oil-filling design, this transmitter maximizes accuracy. It meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements, offering exceptional product stability. The highest accuracy at normal temperatures is up to 0.075%. An explosion-proof shell structure makes it suitable for all weather conditions and it is compatible with the HART protocol.
