The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring components, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. An Err display automatically appears on the LCD, identifying the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be conveyed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When electronic units or measuring components are damaged, the faulty parts can be replaced directly on-site without recalibration.
