It integrates a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon sensor, a highly reliable electronic module, a precision temperature and linear correction system, and advanced intelligent manufacturing techniques. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and swiftly converted by a high-speed dual A/D converter into digital signals, which are then meticulously linearized and temperature-corrected within the microprocessor.
For the HART protocol transmitter, the signals are translated into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct output of pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and easily view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter setup can also be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest attainable accuracy being 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an accuracy rate of 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it features outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 transmitter comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined quantity events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
