The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS), can maintain 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions for real-time monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will show 'Err,' automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are issued in the form of warning or fault protection current, and the system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without any need for recalibration.
