The ZY8000 is an intelligent transmitter featuring basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a top-tier accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably durable, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, substantially reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, it boasts superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability synonymous with the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it triggers an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.
