The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the capability to achieve a remarkable highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon encountering a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for you. This automatic display simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, enhancing convenience and efficiency.

Adhering to the exceptional performance and stability of the ZY8000 intelligent high-precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter
with an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal to greatly improve stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Different materials and types of remote devices combined with a special oil-filling device maximize the accuracy of the transmitter and meet overall cleanliness needs. The product offers excellent stability and achieves the highest accuracy at normal temperatures, up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure makes it suitable for all weather conditions and compatible with HART protocol.
