The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Enhanced anti-electromagnetic interference ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostics, monitoring its status in real-time. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD displays 'Err', automatically diagnosing and identifying faulty units, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it can be replaced directly on site without the need for readjustment.
