The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest attainable accuracy at 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements stand up to extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Moreover, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000D maintains high stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000D monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting defined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
