The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display promptly shows an error message (Err), automatically diagnosing and indicating the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, enhancing overall ease of use.
