The ZY8000's basic accuracy is 0.1% FS, with an optional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, delivering substantial cost savings in maintenance. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it is engineered to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Furthermore, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, greatly simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
