The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter showcases the pinnacle of modern sensor technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and an ingenious modular design. The sensor's signal is meticulously amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This digital signal undergoes sophisticated linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The critical data from the measuring unit, along with vital functional parameters, are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the 3 adjustment buttons, while simultaneously reading measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be easily executed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated using HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element get damaged, the faulty component can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
