ZY8000's basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (with a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. It also features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function, capable of monitoring its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
