Introducing the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of cutting-edge technology! This device leverages an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor, coupled with a modular design, to ensure unparalleled precision and reliability. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital format. This digital signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring accuracy in every reading.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the signal is elegantly transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver flawless, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The intricate data of the measuring unit, along with the functional parameters of the transmitter, are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the intuitive 3-button adjustment interface, while also accessing measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the crisp LCD display. Additionally, parameter adjustments can be seamlessly executed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system can automatically diagnose the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
