The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest attainable accuracy reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. This state-of-the-art device ensures long-term reliability, maintaining an exceptional 99.9% accuracy rate even after a decade of continuous operation, thus significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases a pioneering mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a state-of-the-art modular design. This advanced sensor system generates a signal that, through amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforms into a robust digital signal. This signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, this signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. In contrast, the PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface and view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes on the vivid LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be seamlessly performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 have integrated diagnostic function and can realtime monitor the status of itself. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically displays Err, automatically analyzes and displays the faulty unit, making the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more simple and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be started through HART, FF, PA and other communication protocol, and the alarm can be expressed in the form of warning or fault protection current. Automatic diagnosis the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for readjust.
