The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an impressive 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, substantially reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function to monitor its status in real-time. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site, negating the need for recalibration.
