The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it can easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 also incorporates integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. If a fault is detected, the transmitter will switch to fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon encountering an error, the LCD display will automatically show 'Err', analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.conveniently.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warnings or fault protection currents. This function automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
