The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a cutting-edge modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and swift dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then finely tuned and undergoes linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Essential data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while measurement results, fault information, and operation modes are conveniently displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Upon fault detection, the LCD displays an error message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This technology ensures maintenance is user-friendly and efficient..
The diagnostic features can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring component fail, the faulty part can be replaced on-site, eliminating the need for recalibration.
