The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. The sensor generates a signal that is amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC range with a superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver a full digital signal directly. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, allowing them to view measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing comprehensive flexibility and control.
