The ZY8000 features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional accuracy of up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it boasts superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. When a fault is detected, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (either 3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting an issue, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
