The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. After ten years of continuous operation, it still maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, providing significant savings on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it features remarkable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err) and pinpoints the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and efficient.

Efficiently measures and monitors pressure remotely,

Building on the exceptional performance and stability of the ZY8000 intelligent high-precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter,
this unit incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal system to significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The combination of different materials and types of remote devices with a specialized oil-filling mechanism ensures maximum accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements. Offering unparalleled product stability, this transmitter achieves the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure allows for all-weather usage and compatibility with the HART protocol.
