The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD displays 'Err,' automatically analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement..
This diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
