The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is crafted with an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. It generates precise signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals are then subjected to linearization and temperature correction within the microprocessor. This ensures unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For HART protocol transmitters, the device converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC HART signal using a D/A converter. PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, on the other hand, provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site with the 3 adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, offers a precision of 0.1% FS (with a potential highest precision of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, ensuring considerable savings in maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real time. Should a fault occur, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents.
