The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak precision of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a durable metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee unparalleled stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is an epitome of cutting-edge technology, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This remarkable instrument converts sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals then undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the transformed signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with HART overlay via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA or FF options deliver fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site with three intuitive adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides clear readings of measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes. Parameter configurations are also accessible via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostic functions are also accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring component sustain damage, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without any need for recalibration.
